This is a wrapper from a tamarind flavored type of Mexican candy. It looked like it was a candy wrapper but I was confused because pelo means hair in Spanish.

Gum Wrapper

It is gross that there are cigarettes all over the place! I see the packages as much as I do the cigarettes being littered everywhere. What is up with that. I see that maybe it is hard to find an ashtray (that is still a lame excuse for littering), but there is no excuse for throwing the whole package on the ground.
